I love fish now!

Lydia (Prince Taiwo's wife) taught me how good fish tastes when it is fresh from the ocean!  It had two lovely flavors of meat - which I didn't think was possible in one fish!

The Makoko people are from a long line of fishermen - like many of Jesus' disciples.  I'm still hoping to raise tilapia among the Makoko people.
